The LAND The LAND - Contemporary Art Practices is a non profit organization facilitating cross-cultural dialogues and interdisciplinary practices. The organization was founded in 2005 by Sissi Westerberg and Veronica Wiman and has its base in Rejmyre, Sweden. Through workshops and artist in residencies in Sweden and worldwide – The LAND C.A.P. brings together contemporary artists with local communities and craft producers. The LAND - Contemporary Art Practices är en ideell organisation som verkar för att skapa kulturutbyten och interdisciplinära projekt. Organisationen grundades av Sissi Westerberg och Veronica Wiman år 2005 och har sin bas i Rejmyre, Östergötland. Genom workshops och ”artist in rescidencies” i Sverige och internationellt söker The LAND C.A.P. skapa kopplingar mellan samtida konstnärer, lokalbefolkning och konsthantverk.

An annual project in the town of Rejmyre were The LAND C.A.P. invites Swedish and international artists to produce work and engage with the “Reijmyre Glass works” and local community. A larger contemporary educational project in the area of art/craft/design and technology, including lectures, workshops, site specific productions and craft community development in several countries.
